Local privilege escalation via IStorageService use-after-free

Use-after-free in Xbox IStorageService on affected Windows 10 and 11 builds allows local users to elevate privileges. Microsoft identifies a race condition and use-after-free in IStorageService but has not published the vulnerable operation or object-lifetime sequence. A low-privileged local user can reach the flaw without user interaction and gain elevated control over the system.
