Unauthenticated privilege escalation via SSRF

Server-side request forgery in Microsoft Azure OpenAI allows remote attackers to elevate privileges through crafted network requests. Microsoft identifies the weakness as SSRF but has not disclosed the affected endpoint, request parameter, or server-side fetch operation that accepts an attacker-controlled destination. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation crosses a security boundary to expose and modify protected data without interrupting service.
