Remote code execution via unchecked scan lines

Heap-based buffer overflow in GDI+ in affected Microsoft Windows and Office products allows remote attackers to execute code via crafted EMF+ files. The EpScanBitmap::NextBuffer function fails to verify that requested scan lines fit the destination bitmap, so malformed EmfPlusDrawRects rectangles drive AlphaDivide_sRGB past the heap allocation. No privileges or user interaction are required; a service that parses attacker-supplied metafiles can execute attacker-controlled code.
