SQL injection in SourceCodester Health Center Patient Record Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to access its database. The /admin/patient.php handler places the multipart itr_no value directly into a SQL query without sanitization or validation. No login or authorization is required; boolean-based blind input can read, modify, or delete database data.
