SSH data exposure and corruption via uninitialized keys

Incorrect key derivation in libssh before 0.11.2 allows remote authenticated users to read or alter SSH traffic and interrupt sessions. The ssh_kdf() function treats OpenSSL failure value 0 as libssh success value SSH_OK, returns without initializing output buffers, and passes uninitialized keys into later encryption and decryption. Exposure requires a build using OpenSSL older than 3.0 and a key-derivation failure; affected sessions can disclose or corrupt data or lose service.
