Unauthenticated SQL query manipulation via unsanitized Username

SQL injection in /admin/admin.php in SourceCodester Health Center Patient Record Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to alter SQL queries. The endpoint inserts the POST Username parameter directly into database queries without sanitization or parameter binding. No login is required; boolean-, error-, and time-based payloads can read database contents and perform operations allowed to the database account.
