API key disclosure via plaintext configuration storage

Kryptowire Plugin 0.2 and earlier allows local users to read the Kryptowire API key from the Jenkins controller file system. The plugin writes the key unencrypted to org.aerogear.kryptowire.GlobalConfigurationImpl.xml. Access to the controller file system is required, and disclosure enables use of the stored Kryptowire credential.
