AWS Secret Key disclosure via unmasked form
Published Jul 9, 2025 · Updated Nov 4, 2025
Information disclosure in Jenkins Statistics Gatherer Plugin 2.0.3 and earlier allows attackers to capture an AWS Secret Key. The global configuration form renders the stored AWS Secret Key without applying a secret-input mask, leaving the credential visible on the page. The screen must contain a configured key and be observable to attackers; the advisory reports disclosure, not modification or service interruption.
