Account access via nonterminating logout sessions

Insufficient session expiration in HAXcms backends before 11.0.6 allows attackers to access a user account via a retained session token. The /system/api/logout handler neither terminates the active session nor clears its cookies and instead issues a refresh token. Access to a shared device or a stolen cookie is required, after which the account remains accessible despite the user logging out.
