Command execution via interpolated CSV filepath

OS command injection in Shopify job-iteration before 1.11.0 allows remote attackers to execute commands through crafted CSV filenames. CsvEnumerator#count_of_rows_in_file interpolates the CSV filepath into a wc -l shell command without escaping or argument separation. Exploitation requires an application to construct a CsvEnumerator with an attacker-controlled filename and request the enumerator's size.
