Server crash via uncaught QRL load error
Published Jul 9, 2025 · Updated Jul 9, 2025
Uncaught exception in QwikDev Qwik City before 1.13.0 allows remote attackers to crash Node.js through malformed Server Action QRL requests. The Server Action QRL loader accepts a matching qfunc parameter, X-Qrl header, and serialized QRL payload, then leaves a failed dynamic symbol import unhandled. An unauthenticated HTTP request reaches the default preview or Express production configuration, terminating Node.js and interrupting service until restart.
