Password guessing via unthrottled sync-seed authentication

Improper rate limiting in Trilium Notes before 0.97.0 allows remote attackers to guess the login password through the sync-seed endpoint. The GET /api/setup/sync-seed route invokes auth.checkCredentials without loginRateLimiter, while protected login paths apply that limiter. No account or user interaction is required; a correct guess exposes documentSecret and authenticated features, including server-side script execution.
