Victim-browser script execution via unsanitized dependency identifier
Published Jul 7, 2025 · Updated Jul 7, 2025
Reflected XSS in WeGIA before 3.4.3 allows remote attackers to run script in a victim's browser through id_dependente. profile_familiar.php inserts the raw GET value into JavaScript and HTML contexts without output encoding; the patch sanitizes it once and reuses the resulting integer. A victim must open the crafted URL, after which the script runs in the WeGIA origin and can read or alter data available to that browser session.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
