Protected-variable disclosure via unchecked match API

Missing authorization in Wikimedia Foundation MediaWiki AbuseFilter 1.43.x before 1.43.2 allows remote attackers to infer protected data. The abusefiltercheckmatch API evaluates attacker-supplied expressions against AbuseFilter variables without enforcing the protected-variable access right, returning match results as an oracle. Any API caller who can identify a log entry can use comparison operators to narrow protected values, including an editor's IP address, without permission to view them.
