Improper access control in NetScaler ADC 13.1 before 13.1-58.32 and 14.1 before 14.1-43.56 allows remote attackers to compromise appliances. NetScaler has not published the affected endpoint or the access-control operation that mishandles requests to the management interface. Exploitation requires network access to NSIP, Cluster Management IP, or local GSLB site IP and an enabled management interface; successful access can expose, alter, or interrupt appliance resources.
