Remote code execution via unchecked PLC packet length

Stack-based buffer overflow in Delta Electronics COMMGR 2.9.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute code via PLC packets. The packet handler copies user-supplied data into a fixed-length stack buffer without validating its declared length. Exploitation requires control of a PLC that can send packets to COMMGR and runs code in the application's context, with a crash also possible.
