Deserialization in Delta Electronics DTM Soft 1.6.0.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute code through a crafted BIN file. The BIN parser insufficiently validates user-supplied data before deserializing it, enabling attacker-controlled code in the current process. Exploitation requires the target to open a malicious file or visit a malicious page, and the code runs with the process's privileges.
