Authenticated host command execution via unsanitized appName
Published Jul 7, 2025 · Updated Jul 7, 2025
OS command injection in Dokploy before 0.23.7 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands on the host. The docker.getContainersByAppNameMatch tRPC procedure interpolates attacker-controlled appName data into a Docker CLI command without sanitization. Any authenticated low-privileged account, including one outside an organization, gains command execution under the Dokploy service account.
