SSRF and service interruption via unvalidated webhook URLs

SSRF in Miraheze DiscordNotifications before 1f20d850cbcce5b15951c7c6127b87b927a5415e allows remote authenticated users to reach arbitrary URLs. DiscordNotifier's sendCurlRequest and sendHttpRequest methods pass configured webhook URLs directly to cURL or file_get_contents without validating their destinations. The path is exposed where users or local wiki administrators can set these options, enabling internal HTTP POST access and large-file reads that can interrupt service; the vendor reports code execution in some configurations.
