Stored XSS via decoded HTML subtitle injection

Stored XSS in StarCitizenTools ShortDescription 4.0.0 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript through crafted page wikitext. The sanitize() function decodes HTML entities before ext.shortDescription.js passes the result as raw HTML to mw.util.addSubtitle. Exploitation requires permission to create or edit a page and the default tagline setting; injected script runs in page visitors' browsers.
