Stored script execution via unescaped shortcode output
Published Jun 27, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Stored XSS in AntoineH Football Pool 2.12.5 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through affected shortcodes. Affected shortcode functions render attacker-controlled values without sufficient output escaping, causing stored script content to execute in visitors' browsers. Contributor-level access is required to store the payload, and another user must visit the affected page; execution occurs in that visitor's browser.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
