Kernel memory disclosure in GPU-Z 2.23.0 allows local users to expose physical memory through a crafted driver IOCTL request. The GPU-Z.sys sub_140001880 handler passes a user-controlled physical address and length to MmMapIoSpace without restricting the mapped range. Low-privileged access to the GPU-Z device is sufficient; the published proof of concept demonstrates mapping, but not the follow-on memory read.
