Authenticated memory disclosure via SFTP handle bounds check

Out-of-bounds read in libssh before 0.11.2 allows remote authenticated users to disclose process memory through an SFTP server. The sftp_handle function accepts an index equal to the handle-list size, returns an out-of-range pointer, and continues processing it. Valid SFTP credentials and server-side SFTP use are required; exposed data is not attacker-selected, and no denial of service is established.
