Stack-based buffer overflow in HarmonyOS 5.0.1 and 5.1.0 allows local users to interrupt file preview via a crafted vector image. During preview, the vector-image parser overflows a stack buffer while processing image data; Huawei has not disclosed the responsible function or malformed field. Local access to supply the image is required, and the published impact is limited to reduced availability of the preview function.
