Host command execution via query_collection shell interpolation

OS command injection in RestDB Codehooks.io MCP Server before 0.2.2 allows remote attackers to execute host commands through query_collection. The query_collection tool concatenates its command argument and an administrative token into a shell string passed to Node.js exec, allowing shell metacharacters to start additional commands. Exploitation requires an LLM user to trigger the malicious tool call, after which commands run with the MCP server process's privileges.
