Unauthenticated database disclosure via unsanitized almox parameter

SQL injection in getProdutosPorAlmox.php in LabReDeS WeGIA 3.3.3 allows remote attackers to read database data via the almox parameter. The endpoint passes the unsanitized almox value into a backend SQL query, allowing crafted input to invoke SLEEP() and alter query execution. The public endpoint requires no authentication; time-based response differences disclose query results indirectly, while broader data access depends on database privileges.
