Code execution via unchecked PSD RLE run length

Heap-based buffer overflow in SAIL 0.9.8 allows context-dependent attackers to execute code through a crafted RLE-compressed PSD file. The sail_codec_load_frame_v8_psd decoder expands an attacker-controlled run length without checking it against the allocated scan-line boundary. Exploitation requires an application or user to make the library decode the file and grants code execution in that process's context.
