Authenticated modification of application data
Published Oct 21, 2025 · Updated Oct 21, 2025
Improper access control in Oracle Applications Framework 12.2.3 through 12.2.14 allows remote authenticated users to alter application data. Oracle identifies the Personalization component but has not disclosed the vulnerable code locus or the operation that mishandles authorization. Low-privileged HTTP access is required, and successful exploitation permits unauthorized updates, insertions, or deletions of some framework-accessible data.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
