Denial of service in Oracle PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.60 through 8.62 allows remote attackers to hang or repeatedly crash it via HTTP. Oracle has not published the affected endpoint or the wrong operation performed on HTTP input within Performance Monitor. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the reported consequence is limited to repeatable service interruption.
