Account takeover via predictable password-reset codes

Inadequate cryptography in Password Reset with Code for WordPress REST API before 0.0.17 allows remote attackers to take over accounts. The bdpwr_generate_4_digit_code() function in inc/functions.php passes its character set to PHP str_shuffle() and truncates the non-cryptographic output. An attacker must know a registered email address and predict a live code before its expiry and attempt limit to set a new password.
