Missing authorization in blafoley PT Project Notebooks 1.0.0 through 1.1.3 allows remote attackers to obtain administrator privileges. The wpnb_pto_new_users_add() function processes an unauthenticated user-add request without verifying that the requester is authorized to create an administrator. No account or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation grants administrative control of the WordPress site.
