Service interruption via repeated quantum-info allocation

Memory leak in ImageMagick before 7.1.2-0 and 6.9.13-26 allows attackers to consume process memory via crafted stream filenames. StreamImage replaces its quantum_info pointer with a fresh AcquireQuantumInfo allocation when consecutive %d specifiers re-enter the routine, losing the prior allocation. Exploitation requires control of a filename template passed to the stream command; repeated triggering can interrupt the hosting process without reading or modifying data.
