Memory disclosure via off-by-one filename parsing

Out-of-bounds read in ImageMagick 7 before 7.1.2-0 and 6 before 6.9.13-26 allows remote attackers to disclose memory via crafted filenames. InterpretImageFilename advances past a doubled percent sign and then calls strchr from one byte beyond the format buffer. Exploitation requires attacker control of a processed filename or format string; reported impact is limited to reading adjacent process memory.
