CVE-2025-52995Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Authenticated command execution via regex partial matching

Published Jun 30, 2025 · Updated Jun 30, 2025

Command allowlist bypass in File Browser before 2.33.10 allows remote authenticated users to execute unauthorized shell commands. The CanExecute function treats each configured command as a regular expression and accepts a requested command when it merely matches that pattern. Exploitation requires an account with Execute Commands permission and at least one administrator-approved command; resulting access depends on available binaries and can reach all managed files and the application database.
