Service-card restart via mishandled SIP call sequence

Improper resource release in Junos OS SIP ALG allows remote attackers to crash and restart an MS-MPC through crafted SIP call events. Juniper has not disclosed which SIP ALG resource remains allocated or which call-state transition fails to release it. The condition requires an MX Series device with an MS-MPC and at least two service sets processing SIP calls; the resulting interruption is an MS-MPC restart.
