Heap buffer over-read via unconverted constant environment

Out-of-bounds read in Notepad Next 0 through 0.11 allows local users to read beyond a heap buffer while compiling untrusted Lua code. The singlevar() parser path passes a constant _ENV expression to luaK_indexed without first converting it through luaK_exp2anyregup, causing incorrect Lua bytecode and a read past the intended heap buffer. The attacker must cause the application to compile crafted Lua source; public sources document no working exploit or more specific consequence.
