Arbitrary file access via unchecked FileManager paths
Published Jun 23, 2025 · Updated Jun 23, 2025
Path traversal in InnoShop 0.4.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read, write, or delete server files. FileManagerController passes attacker-controlled base_folder, files, dest_path, path, and name values to file-service operations without confining resolved paths to /static/media. Administrative-panel API access is required; successful requests can enumerate the host filesystem and create directories or relocate uploaded content outside the media tree.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
