Unauthenticated service interruption via diagnostic option injection

Argument injection in TOTOLINK X6000R 9.4.0cu.1360_B20241207 and earlier allows remote attackers to interrupt service via network requests. The setDiagnosisCfg function passes user-controlled diagnostic data into a system command after sanitization that leaves hyphens unfiltered, enabling injected command-line options. No authentication is required; oversized packet or resource-intensive options can exhaust the router or direct a packet flood at another host.
