Instance traffic interception via premature nftables accepts

Incorrect authorization in Incus 6.12.0 and 6.13.0 allows guest OS users to spoof another instance on an attached bridge. The nftables bridge-input template places established-connection, ARP, and IPv6 neighbor-advertisement accepts before MAC and IP filtering drops. An ACL must apply to a bridged NIC, and the attacker needs high privileges inside a guest; successful spoofing redirects host or forwarded traffic.
