Arbitrary file disclosure via unrestricted external entities
Published Jun 24, 2025 · Updated Jun 24, 2025
XXE in Qameta Software Allure Report before 2.34.1 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files through crafted test-result XML. The affected plugins create a DocumentBuilderFactory without restricting external entities, so attacker-supplied entity URIs resolve during parsing. Exploitation requires attacker-controlled XML to reach report generation; automated CI/CD ingestion can expose host secrets or issue server-side requests without user interaction.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
