DOM-based XSS in JetBrains TeamCity before 2025.03.3 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in another user's browser. JetBrains identifies the Performance Monitor page as the locus but does not disclose the DOM source, browser sink, or input path responsible for unsafe client-side rendering. Exploitation requires low-privileged access and user interaction; successful script execution can read or alter data available to the victim's TeamCity session, while service availability is unaffected.
