CVE-2025-52645

Model artifact tampering via missing authenticity verification

Published Mar 16, 2026 · Updated Mar 16, 2026

Insufficient authenticity verification in HCL AION 2.0 allows local users to introduce modified model artifacts into deployments. The vendor states that model packaging and distribution do not adequately authenticate artifacts, but has not disclosed the responsible component or verification operation. Exploitation requires high privileges on the local system and can alter model integrity or cause unintended model behavior without reported confidentiality or availability impact.
