CVE-2025-52636

Service interruption via unenforced upload limits

Published Mar 16, 2026 · Updated Mar 16, 2026

Uncontrolled resource consumption in HCL AION 2.0 allows local users with administrative privileges to interrupt service through oversized uploads. The upload path fails to enforce an effective size limit before processing file data, permitting an oversized upload to consume excessive system resources. The vendor has not identified the endpoint or exact size-checking operation; exploitation also requires user interaction and unspecified complex conditions.
