CVE-2025-52624Network attack vector

Cross-site scripting via misconfigured CSP allowlist

Published Oct 10, 2025 · Updated Feb 3, 2026

Cross-site scripting in HCL AION 2.0 allows remote attackers to execute unauthorized scripts through a misconfigured CSP header. The HTTP response layer emits a Content-Security-Policy header whose script allowlist is configured incorrectly, so disallowed script sources remain executable. Exploitation requires user interaction in a browser, and the reported consequence is limited to unauthorized script execution that can expose or alter data in the affected origin.
