Missing cookie attributes in HCL iControl 4.0.0 allow remote authenticated users to weaken application integrity through issued cookies. The application emits cookies without Secure or SameSite and applies Path=/, bypassing transport, cross-site, and path isolation controls. Low-privileged network access and high-complexity conditions are required; the published impact is limited to application integrity.
