Use of a hard-coded cryptographic key in Hanwha Vision Wisenet Device Manager before 2.9.3.1 allows local users to decrypt sensitive information. Hanwha Vision has not disclosed which stored data or code path embeds and uses the shared key. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access to the Windows host and exposes only information protected by that embedded key.
