Inverter command interception via plaintext MOD3 traffic

Cleartext transmission in EG4 inverters of all versions allows attackers on the local network to intercept and alter MOD3 traffic. The monitoring application exchanges read/write configuration, telemetry, alarm, reset, and control commands with the inverter without encryption or obfuscation. Access to the inverter's local network is required; captured commands can be replayed or forged to reconfigure settings or interrupt power generation.
