Arbitrary code execution via GDF event-table overflow

Integer overflow in libbiosig 3.9.0 and Master Branch (35a819fa) allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a crafted GDF file. In read_header, attacker-controlled event count and event size overflow the realloc length, after which fread writes event data past the undersized rawEventData heap buffer. Supplying the file to an application that parses it with the affected library requires no library-level privileges; the resulting out-of-bounds write enables code execution in the host process.
