Host command execution via shell-interpolated tool arguments

OS command injection in iOS Simulator MCP Server before 1.3.3 allows local users to execute commands through crafted tool arguments. The ui_tap tool concatenates duration, UDID, and coordinate values into an idb command passed to child_process.exec, letting shell metacharacters alter the command line. Exploitation requires an MCP client or language model to submit attacker-influenced tool arguments, and injected commands run with the server process privileges.
