HTML injection in Chamilo LMS before 1.11.30 allows remote attackers to alter rendered help-page content via a crafted open parameter. The main/help/help.php handler passes the open value through Security::remove_XSS but does not restrict the surviving value to recognized help-topic identifiers. No authentication is required; the demonstrated consequence is arbitrary HTML rendering, while script execution is not confirmed.
